Zestora runs this website to take food orders and table reservations. This page explains, in plain language, what information we ask for and how we handle it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and email address, plus the items in your order and how you chose to pay.
• When you reserve a table: your name, phone number, email, date, time and number of guests.
• When you contact us: whatever you write in the form, along with your name and contact details.
• Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends — pages visited, device and browser type — which helps us keep the site working.

Why we need it

• To cook, pack and deliver your order, and to call you if the rider cannot find the address.
• To hold your table and let you know if anything changes.
• To answer your questions and sort out any problem with an order.
• To keep records of sales as our accounts require.

Payments

Cash on delivery orders involve no payment details at all. For bank transfer or JazzCash / Easypaisa, you pay from your own app and simply tell us the transaction reference — we never ask for, see or store your card number, PIN or account password.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to complete your order: our kitchen and rider staff, and our website host. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your cart, your delivery area choice and whether you are logged in. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order and reservation records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts and for handling any later complaint. Contact form messages are kept until the matter is resolved.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and order history. Call (021) 36544575 or write to us from the contact page and we will help.

Children

This site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
