Do you deliver across Karachi?
Yes. We deliver across Karachi. Choose Delivery on the site, pick your area, and the available menu and delivery fee are shown before you check out.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach within 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your area and the time of day. On weekends and at peak hours it can take a little longer.
What is the delivery fee?
A flat delivery fee of Rs 130 is added at checkout. It is shown in your cart before you place the order.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
No. All menu prices are exclusive of sales tax. A 15% sales tax is added at checkout and shown as a separate line in your cart.
Can I order for pick-up instead?
Yes. Select Pick-Up at the top of the site, choose the branch, and we will have your order packed and ready.
How do I book a table?
Use our reservation page or call (021) 36544575. For groups of 10 or more, please book at least a day in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available on every order. Online payment options are shown at checkout when they are active.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call us as soon as possible on (021) 36544575. Once the food is on the grill we may not be able to change it, but we will always try.
Do you cater for parties and events?
Yes. Call us with your date, guest count and the dishes you have in mind, and we will put a quote together for you.
My order was wrong or missing an item. What now?
Call us the same day with your order number. We will replace the item or refund it — see our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
