1. Orders

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside our service area, or if we cannot reach you on the number provided.

2. Prices and tax

All menu prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are exclusive of sales tax. A 15% sales tax and a delivery fee are added at checkout and shown in your cart before you confirm. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

3. Delivery and pick-up

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and order volume. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order. For pick-up, orders are held for 30 minutes after the promised time.

4. Reservations

Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time. To change or cancel, call us on (021) 36544575.

5. Food information

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts and other common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of traces. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering.

7. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.
